During use, the circulating water circuit can directly cool the copper mirror, effectively ensuring the constant temperature of the mirror, thereby ensuring that the LDRF500 laser cladding head can operate continuously and stably during high-power processing operations. During the use process, different types of cladding effects can be achieved by selecting different optical schemes and nozzle configurations.
